Welcome to IntotheFire

The Fight and Training Blog

by Commonwealth judo silver medalist Fergus Dullaghan

Ever wanted to ask the experts how they approach their training? Me too. And that is what the IntoTheFire project is all about.  IntoTheFire interviews to the world’s leading athletes, fighters and coaches, so that we can learn how to train and compete more effectively. Not many bloggers are competing at this level and not many competitors are sharing this many details while they are still active.
